The profiling saw blade is a kind of saw blade used for profiling milling and cutting. During high-speed rotary cutting, the profile milling saw blade exhibits extremely strong stability. When the cutting speed is maintained at V = 350 – 400m/min and the feed rate is maintained at 0.04 – 0.12mm / tooth, the performance of the saw blade can reach the best state, which can not only ensure efficient cutting, but also significantly improve cutting accuracy.
In addition, the saw blade has strong continuous operation capability, and the precise feed control system can accurately control the feed amount each time, keeping the error within a very small range, thereby reducing the scrap rate of pipes and saving production costs for the company.
The profile milling saw blade is suitable for a wide range of pipe materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and other common pipes. With stable cutting performance, the cross section of the pipe after cutting is smooth and flat, and almost no secondary processing is required, which greatly shortens the production cycle.
