Product Overview
Metal ceramic cold cutting saw blades are made of advanced metal ceramic materials with high hardness and strong wear resistance. They can easily cut medium and low carbon steel, stainless steel billets and medium and low carbon steel pipes under high-speed rotation, greatly improving cutting efficiency.
Thanks to the characteristics of the material, the saw blade has a long service life and stable cutting performance. The special PVD coating on the surface of the saw blade can further enhance the wear resistance and corrosion resistance and extend the service life.
The cutting process uses cold cutting to avoid workpiece deformation and annealing problems caused by high temperature, ensuring workpiece performance and dimensional accuracy. The saw teeth are carefully designed and ground, and the cuts are smooth, reducing subsequent processing costs.
