  Product Overview Hard alloy on-line cutting flying saw blades, as core components in the field of high-speed dynamic cutting, play a crucial role in industries such as pipe processing and metal product manufacturing. The saw blades adopt WC-Co series cemented carbide tips. The substrate is made of 65Mn spring steel or 42CrMo alloy steel. After quenching and tempering treatment, the hardness of the substrate is controlled at HRC40 - 45, and the tensile strength reaches 1500 - 1800MPa. In terms of adaptation to welded pipe flying saw equipment, the standardized interfaces enable quick installation. Dynamic balance calibration ensures that the running vibration acceleration is less than 5m/s². The cutting linear speed ranges from 80 to 150m/s, significantly improving production efficiency. Whether for round pipes, square pipes, or complex profiled materials, the saw blades can ensure flat cutting surfaces, with dimensional deviations within ±0.1mm and perpendicularity ≤0.5°, reducing secondary processing and lowering costs.

  HSS-M2 saw blade

  Product Overview Used for cutting metal materials such as low alloy steel and plain carbon steel (<550Mpa), it is widely used in a variety of offline equipment. Contains carbon (0.78%~0.88%), tungsten (5.5%~6.75%), molybdenum (4.5%~5.5%), chromium (3.75%~4.5%), vanadium (1.75%~2.2%) and other elements. After heat treatment, the hardness can reach HRC62~64, and it can still maintain a high hardness (no obvious softening) at a high temperature of 600℃, which is suitable for high-speed cutting. In order to improve the performance of saw blades and meet customer needs. We equip HSS-M2 saw blades with a variety of coating options, including titanium nitride (TiN) coating and chromium aluminum boron (CrAlB) coating. Titanium nitride (TiN) coating can enhance wear resistance and lubricity, reduce friction heat generation, and extend the life of saw blades.
