Thorough Cleaning of HSS Saw Blades

HSS saw blades require key protection against oxidation and corrosion. For cleaning, neutral detergents can be used to remove oil stains, paired with copper brushes to eliminate debris. VJS Saw Industry employs ultrasonic cleaning, immersing the saw blades in a suitable cleaning agent solution, leveraging high-frequency vibrations to penetrate into tooth gaps and tiny pores, efficiently removing stubborn dirt and residual impurities. During the cleaning process, the ultrasonic frequency is strictly controlled at 40-60kHz, the temperature is maintained at 40-50°C, and the cleaning time is 5-10 minutes, ensuring both cleaning effectiveness and avoiding micro-cracks on the blade edges caused by prolonged high-frequency vibration. After cleaning, the blades are immediately dried and coated with anti-rust oil. Meanwhile, vapor-phase rust-proof paper is used to wrap and store the saw blades, further isolating air and moisture to comprehensively enhance the anti-rust performance and service life of the saw blades.

When cleaning TCT saw blades with a spray-type cleaning machine, first fix the blade on the machine's special fixture to ensure stability and full exposure of the cutting edges. After starting the equipment, high-pressure nozzles spray a mixed solution containing special cleaning agents, powerfully flushing the blade surface and gaps between teeth to quickly remove contaminants such as concrete dust and metal debris adhering to the cemented carbide tips and base body. During cleaning, the rotating mechanism inside the machine drives the blade to rotate, ensuring uniform flushing of all parts. After cleaning, the built-in hot air system of the equipment rapidly dries the blade to prevent rusting of the tips or oxidation of the base body caused by residual water, while reducing corrosion risks at welding points due to water residue, thus safeguarding the blade's performance and service life.
