Fine Leveling

HSS saw blades are corrected for overall deformation of the high-speed steel matrix through hydraulic pressure application, fixture fine-tuning, and stress relief annealing, with radial run-out controlled within ≤0.03mm to ensure cutting stability.

For the composite structure of tungsten carbide teeth (TCT) and steel matrix, local heating, flexible correction, and vibratory stress relief are adopted to avoid damage to the tool teeth and control the matrix deformation within ≤0.05 mm.
